Standard Delivery
Products are shipped via UPS GROUND or US Priority Mail from our warehouse in Brewster, NY and when indicated as being in stock, generally arrive within 5-7 business days. Out of stock items may require special order from our manufacturers abroad and generally arrive within 4 to 6 weeks. (Please contact us for expected delivery dates for backordered items.) Return Policy
Albetta USA guarantees customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-custom items, for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. A restocking fee of 5% will be charged for returns.
Please call us within 10 business days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return to Vendor (RTV) number. If you return an item after the 10 business day window, without an RTV or suspects an item has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Once we received your approved return, we will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
